    This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home is the perfect place for a couple or small family! The bedroom features a King bed and balcony access and a 55 TV, while the living room hosts a pull-out sofa-bed and TV. The apartment had a nice view and was a great place to rest at night. The pool at Las Pammas is very nice so be sure and take time to utilize. The location to everything (I-15, Santa Clair, Dixie, Utah Tech) is great. Lots of good places to eat.

Great place!

Loved my stay here! The condo is in great shape, stayed really cool in temps 115, property amenities were lovely. So very grateful for the pool! Great location - easy to get around the whole area. Bonus points for the trails south of the complex.

According to the Las Palmas site, this is a resort. The site shows beautiful pictures of pools and landscaping that are misleading and false. There are two small pools, but they don't live up to the pictures. Expect a condo experience. To be fair, the room was clean and comfortable, but we paid too much for what we got.

Nice, clean place. Equipped with all the necessities. Great location in St. G. Everyplace you want to go is within 15 minutes away. Nice and quiet. Balcony with an amazing view.

Great location and short term rental

The condo and resort property overall were very nice, but a little dated/worn and definitely need some renovations. All property employees and management staff I spoke with were friendly and very helpful. For the price and the short visit (1week), it was a great choice. Highly recommend.

Great for a weekend trip!

This cute little condo was great for our weekend trip. We were able to cook and eat most of our meals there which was a huge savings. The indoor pool was smaller than pictured and the lap pool was closed for repairs so that was a bummer. Las Palmas is a little older so some of the amenities are lacking but overall it’s a good place to stay for not a bad price.

Great Location

The condo is great for 2 people, althoigh it is small and the balcony is very small when you also have your mtn bikes stores there. The street noise is loud at times as the balcony faces it.

Overall nice. Probably would’ve slept three comfortably instead of four. Or two small children on the pullout and not two teenagers. But overall good stay.

Very Good

Very clean, organized with a great view of the mountains. The only thing that needs attention is the storm door- it seems crooked and requires some effort to close it. Otherwise thanks for the great accommodations. Thank you. 100 times better than Sports Village last year.

Good but not great for the money

The value of the property was not that great when we saw the properties of other friends. It was an older, smaller one bedroom and almost the same price as a three bedroom much newer facility rented by friends. Good experience though and clean. Loved not having to mess with keys and key cards. The clubhouse was great and the recreation options. Great pools.

Wonderful stay.

I came to St. George to spend a couple of weeks at Movara. This unit suited me perfectly. It had all the amenities I could have expected, it's in a great location and has wonderful views. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a guide to the television. I was pretty exhausted at night and it would be nice to easily figure out what to watch. Overall, an excellent place, Red Sands provided great service and the inboarding and checkout were seamless.

Zion Exploration Las Palmas Stay

Location was great. Quiet clean neighborhood, good price, clean building grounds. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and easy check in/out. The building/pool area looked a little dated and in need of curb appeal and/or repairs (e.g torn awning on building 1, stained exterior paint, uneven walkways around some of the buildings). The room had updated kitchen appliances and plenty of dishes/utensils. The furniture was decent. The bathroom was dark and could definitely be updated. The hot water didn't last very long for taking showers. The washer/dryer worked well but the door to them would not stay shut.

Very clean was my first impression. Third floor unit with nice view of the area off the balcony. Master bed was comfortable. Small unit with little air circulation and kind of dark inside. But, overall was a good stay. I didn't see any recycling receptacle. Parking can be a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. I have a BMW X7 and was able to park in the designated spot but it was tight. There are open parking areas but they can and will fill up.

Fun/frustrating

The condo was in an awesome location. Right by the pool that was perfect for the whole family. I have to say though there were some pretty big frustrations. The moment you walk in the light switch by the door does not work so it seemed a little dark and dreary, the DVD player was broken and they had to call a fix-it guy who could not fix the problem. The sliding glass door felt like it had never been greased and was super hard to get open. We all went out on the deck for a popsicle and when we closed the sliding glass door. It must’ve been old and wobbly because it locked us out, and we had to yell down to the neighbors below us to come up and open the door with the code we gave him to let us back in. Super embarrassing and frustrating. Yes great location but I would never stay here again.

Needs a good cleaning

We were not given any instruction for check in until we called once we had arrived. Also, When booking a property with a cleaning fee, I would expect that we would walk into a clean unit from the previous renter. On the surface, it looked clean BUT there were so many areas of built up dust. We had to get something that had fallen under the bed and it was SO DIRTY! We had an 18 month old who had dirty feet from walking around in the unit. I tried posting photos but kept getting an error that my photos are invalid ??We stay at Las Palmas frequently in different units. This time we were a little disappointed with the clubhouse (which is NOT a reflection on the condo owner) but wanted to mention that as well. No working toilets in the women’s bathroom. The outside drinking fountain was not working. The drink station had more than half of their drinks out of order. For a busy and HOT Memorial weekend it seemed a little crazy. The water amenities were great for kids and families though.
