We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The house was well-maintained, and the check-in process was easy and hassle-free. The place is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing. It was close to our event. Family event was perfect for us all to get together. There was everything we needed. You would need to grab more dish washing soap. We used the last one. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Loved the 2 twin beds not the 4. Thanks for everything .

This is a very nice home, but not the home I expected. The photo listed is what I expected for star gazing, it was not private with an open view. I was unable to get into the home upon arrival, I was never sent the key code. The host suggested the 2nd day that vbro made some changes, I should have received it but I did not. We were able to access the home in an unconventional way. I was upset after a long drive, standing in the storm, calling the emergency #s listed on the window. I received a return text the next morning. I did text with the host on day 2 and she was unable to get back to me due to a storm emergency of her own. Unhappy at first, I discussed the issues with the host via text. She was reaching out to VBRO to discuss the issues. If the 2 issues can be fixed for the next guest, the home is very nice and clean. I would stay there again.

This property fit our needs well. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. The host responds very quickly if you ever need anything. The neighborhood is nice with a park just a short walk up the road. We had a great relaxing stay!

Sand Hollow trip

This property was perfect for our brief stay. Our host was very responsive and made check in and check out completely painless. House was in immaculate condition and conveniently located for our needs. Thanks to Synthia for letting us stay and making the process so easy.

Excellent Stay!

Synthia had everything we needed to enjoy our family Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked, plus! The place was cozy and she even put up a Christmas tree for us. Synthia was great to respond to our questions! We had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience!

This was our first time renting a home. The home was spacious and very abundantly stocked! The 4 bedrooms consisted of: a beautiful master bedroom with full bathroom facilities; another bedroom with a queen sized bed (I think) and a room with 2 twin beds, each of these 2 rooms shared a full bathroom; and the 4th bedroom had a queen sized bed (I think) but no bathroom - there was a common 1/2 bath just around the corner, worked fine for us. I loved the comfortable surroundings and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being new to the game, I hope we fulfilled our part as guests. - Thank you!

Sand Hollow Trip

This was our first time to Sand Hollow and we didn't know what to expect for parking and convenience to trails. We had 2 vehicles and 2 trailers that were able to be parked along the street and in the driveway, and the park entrance to the lake was only about a 10 minute drive and same amount to drive to the start of trails. Took a drive to Gunlock Falls which was about 45 minutes away and worth the drive! Also did Toquerville Falls that took about 50 minutes to drive to, I would definitely recommend a UTV on the actual trail. The house was beautiful with everything a rental needed and then some, spices, some condiments, plastic ware, laundry soap, and other items not usually provided. The patio was beautiful to sit on in the mornings and evenings listening to the frogs. Would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely like to come back.

Beautiful house & great location

Our stay here was excellent! The house is very nice and very clean. Plenty of room for a large family or smaller groups. It’s right outside of the Sand Hallow State Park so very close to all the outdoor activities you could want. Will absolutely stay here again!

An excellent stop

This home was beautifully furnished, well-stocked, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet and super roomy. The home is quite large, but feels very homey. We especially appreciated having access to the W/D, because we were on a two-week road trip, and it was nice to be able to wash our clothes. Thank you!

Nice home.

Everything was very nice. The only disappointment was the advertising said 10 minute walk to reservoir, but there is no lawful way to do it that we could find.
