We stayed twice, five days apart, and the first stay was very good. Large room, clean, breakfast just muffins (!) and coffee. The second stay at an increased price by a LOT because of a weekend was terrible! Dirty room, bathroom terrible, floors filthy, something wrong and very noisy with the bathroom fan. Not even a Kleenex Box there. Used toilet paper.The AC was Ok, though. Our worst stay at a motel in a long while. We reported the filthy conditions to the office when we left.

It was comfortable and clean and was in a great location for what we needed to do. I like having the sink in a separate room from the shower and toilet. I wished there was a separate switch for the bathroom fan.

Einfaches Motel, haben dort auf dem Weg zum Zion Canyon übernachtet. Empfang war nett. Inventar (Möbel, Teppichböden) der Zimmer stark abgenutzt. Sauberkeit Badezimmer mittelmäßig, Bett-Wäsche und Handtücher waren okay. Für den Preis alles in allem gerade noch okay um nur zu übernachten.

The room looked nothing like the pictures for the King suite. No leather couch/loveseat. It was a worn loveseat at the end of the bed too close to the TV. There were hairs in the bathtub and on the toilet seat and a dirty sock under the bed. The patio door did not lock. I did go to the office to let them know and they instructed me that there was a chain and pin at the bottom of the door so I was finally able to lock it. No coffee pot in the room and the breakfast included was coffee and cereal. Not impressed.

This hotel is good value for the money. The rooms are basic and have seen better days, but the beds are comfortable and the linens clean. The breakfast consists of only muffins and cereal with coffee/tea so don’t expect a real continental breakfast. Also there is no conditioner in the rooms only shampoo and soap. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good in terms of ‘bang for buck’ if you don’t mind everything being dated, which we don’t.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. The room smelled awful. I was hoping to get nose blind to it. Now it's burned into my nose. The bathroom door kind of closed.

First, the staff were helpful and went the extra mile to get me a great rate. It was a secondary issue that things were less than immaculate. Things were relatively clean and I had low expectations. It was clear that their cleaning was surface-level and did not include any deep cleaning. There was grime in the seams and crevices in the fridge and microwave, as well as around the light fixtures, etc. I felt I needed to clean all level surfaces I’d contact. This really shouldn’t happen. This was not new filth, it was the result of light cleaning with no attention to detail. The inconvenience was that I had a lot of stuff and there was no elevator, nor any cart to use. I suppose that’s normal for two-star motels.

The Econo Lodge condition was OK/good. Being that the cost was very reasonable, and the room comfortable, I would give this hotel a pretty good review. The breakfast bar wasn't anything that I would write home to mom about.

On the street after booking and paying for a room
The 250 dollar incidental fee kept me from using the room because I didn’t have the money.. a refund is a few days way to late and I had to sleep on the street
