Excellent for large families

Nice condo that is built and furnished to accommodate a large family. The house has pretty much everything you need. The kitchen has lots of appliances and utensils and is well thought out. The community pool and hot tub are nice and heated well. The pickle ball courts are in good condition. The bedding was comfortable. The condo was in nice condition. The only two things I thought could be improved were the wifi which seemed weak and the bbq which needs the bottom cleaned out as it catches fire when cooking burgers. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again whenever I come back to St. George.

Nice Place

Location was convenient (close to freeway, grocery and restaurants). House was great (clean and comfortable). Loved having swimming pool and pickle ball courts nearly out the front door. My biggest complaint (recommendation for improvement) is that we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper. We had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only 1 extra roll of paper towels in the kitchen with 12 people. When you advertise that your property sleeps 19 and is fully stocked, you should make sure you supply adequate amount of basic things.

Family / teammate getaway

My women’s senior softball team took residence at this property. We all had an amazing time. There was plenty of space and places to lay our heads at night. Would definitely book this property again.

Noisy AC no hot tub

The idea of each room having there own HVAC is good but a couple of your units are a bit noisy. The hot tub was down the whole time we were there. We would of picked a different location if we had know it was out of service.

Awesome place for big families and extended families! Gorgeous and new!

We stayed here with 16 family members... Age 4 to 80! Amazing set up with 3 master King suites with the highest quality mattresses. You cannot hear anyone above you walking, walls are solid and each room quiet There are separate air conditioning units for each room and wow do they work well! Kitchen and living room immaculate and decorated so trendy and cohesive. We had trouble with internet connectivity and the owner had it fixed within hours. We went to Zion both days, about an hour away. We did Snow Canyon too, only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

Perfect for large gathering

The property was super clean and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and every bed had at least 4 pillows. The linens were also very nice. The location was convenient to downtown and a grocery store was only a mile away. If you want to mountain bike or hike there is a great spot right near the house. The pool and the hot tub are right outside as well. Communication from the host was excellent. The check out rules were simple and we didn't feel like we had to jump through hopes and do a ton of work before we left the property. The only caution I have is that if you are traveling with older family members or disabled all of the bedrooms are on the second and third floor, just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property and the host.

This place was amazing! We had plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.

St George condo

Wonderful, new condo. Our family loved staying here. 5 bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Excellent location with mountain biking, hiking and ATV trails literally in the backyard. 5 min to downtown St George. Owner is amazing to work with. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very comfortable, a great space. We had 14 adults with two small children and had plenty of room. The double bunks on the third floor are better suited for smaller adults or kids. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Family Time!

Ample sleeping space for all 15 of us with super comfy beds and bedding! Probably the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in....so refreshing. Dining area a little tight for our bigger group but we managed. The pool, although small for so many condos sharing, was directly across from condo and kids had fun in the hot tub. Only misses were lack of kitchen and bath towels (TONS of pool towels that we ended up doubling as bath towels thank goodness) and the electric griddle needs to be replaced. Cute decor and furnishings. Host was outstanding and accomodating. Thanks for the memories!

Comfortable property, great location

Modern new unit, but very comfortable and functional. Really enjoyed the pool, spa, and pickleball courts on-site. Great location within St George. Convenient for shopping, hiking, biking, etc. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked.

Great home base for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship!

The condo was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable for 7 athletes plus some significant others. Kitchen handled all of our various cooking requirements no problem!
