Spend your days lounging poolside at Paradise Village resort style pool and water park, exploring the National and State parks nearby, or never leave home; with so much to do you'll wish you had more time to stay at the Sunshine Suites!

Sunshine suites is a modern 7 bedroom / 7.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests. Spend your days in the sun exploring Southern Utah, catching rays at the pool, or hanging out on your back deck under the misters to keep cool. The kids will love being able to challenge each other to games on the Nintendo Switch! The expansive, fully equipped kitchen, grill, extra fridge, indoor and outdoor seating make hosting friends and family a breeze. As the sun sets head on up to the balcony with a cold drink to watch the beautiful southern mountains light up in color. Roast marshmallows around the fire under the starry desert sky, laughing in good company! After a long day of making memories, take solace in your private hot tub and relax your tired muscles. Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfect for a Large Group!

We had a fantastic stay! This home was perfect for our large group—plenty of space, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed in both the kitchen and throughout the house. The backyard seating area was a favorite hangout spot in the evenings and made for a great gathering space. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great accommodations for big families

This home was well equipped to accommodate our big family. Plenty of throw blankets to go around and everything we needed in the kitchen. Large dining table with plenty of chairs. Great stay!

The house was amazing, close to both pools. The service was good. The issues were the fridges both inside and out in the garage had not been completely cleaned. There was blood left from meat we assumed. The patio had not been cleaned of from leaves. One of the bar stool was broken, could never locate the remote in the master suite down stairs and one if the suite upstairs bathroom the outlets didn't work. I sent pictures in an email.

Great vacation house

This was a great place to stay for a family gathering. We had 13 adults and the hone was spacious and in excellent condition. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work and all of the nearby pickle ball courts were reserved for tournaments the weekend we were there but we loved the house and had a great time there. It was well stocked, very clean and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!! We'll probably be back again!

Special place

Having stayed at many AirBNB locations, this home in Paradise Village stands at the top to the list. For multiple couples or families we have not found its equivalent anywhere else. The six master suites (a private bath in every king bedroom) makes staying away from home as close to being home as you can get. We love that this home is a roughly 100 steps from the "Splash pad/lazy river water park. And a short walk away from a beautiful two tiered swimming pool. Both locations have group hot tubs and slides. This location is a short walk to multiple pickle ball courts and a volleyball court and we were only 6 minutes away from Tuachan.

Home is beautiful, great location, the living areas are open and great for large families. We love that all the bedrooms have king beds and on suite bathrooms. Great place for your family to gather. Would highly recommend.

The master bath on the main floor could use a couple grab bars. Accident waiting to happen. The carpets all through the house need a cleaning. Bottoms of new socks hot very dirty. Otherwise everything was great.

Our families favorite place

We love this home, it's proximity to both the pool and water park. Close without all the party noise when they are right in your backyard. Every family is impressed with the 6 in-suite bedrooms (a private bathroom in each bedroom) If there are any problems Redsands Vacations is prompt to respond. We will be back again.

Great Stay

Everything was wonderful with this property! We loved having 7 bedrooms, 6 of which had king beds and everyone had their own ensuite bathroom. We cooked a lot during the week we were there and always found everything we needed for our group of 14. I called beforehand to see if there was a pack-n-play or a high chair and I was told that there wasn't, but there was one and two booster seats that had trays to attach, so we really didn't need to bring any of that with us. The hot tub was hot and clean, which is always a plus. A big bucket of pickleball paddles and balls was also fun. We will be back for sure!

Great time, great house, rest of the facilities were great. Pool, hot tub, fire ring, Pickleball, weather, perfect weekend. Air hockey tables doesn't work, but your folks let us know that. Downstairs guest toilet clogged, but we plunged out. We will be back.

You won't find a better place to rent. This house is amazing. So much room for family activities, close to pools, and pickle ball courts. The bedrooms are roomy, and the beds are so comfortable. The on-suite bathrooms are so great -- each family can have their own bathroom which is so nice. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need to cook! it's also so close to Harmon's grocery store. Our family loves this home. You will too.

HOUSE WAS GREAT BUT HOMES ON BOTH SIDES HAD POOLS WITH NO FENCES. WE HAD SEVERAL SMALL CHILDREN WHICH WAS QUITE DANGEROUS.We reported it but we do not believe anyone came out to check.

This place is really close to the water park, which was a bonus. They had everything we needed. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. So comfortable and well stocked!

Beautiful Santa Clara Utah

The home was spacious and beautiful. For the price we felt like the unit could have been clearer, especially with the CoVid situation. Parking for the unit was a challenge. The rental complex was very busy. To many cars for space provided. Beautiful pool area in the complex but there were so many people, no room to lounge or swim any time of day.

Nice place to stay for a large group or just your family.

Response time, even after hours for a small issue was immediate and very gracious. The home is spacious, and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay with parts of our family coming and going during the week. Kitchen is very well stocked. The pools and splash pad are very well thought out and heated. The kids loved the water slides and the lazy river. After dark we our kids were the only ones in the pool and it was a very special time.
