About this property

Cozy 2/1 Close to Theme Parks!

  • Enjoy this modern, peaceful home nestled in a safe neighborhood in a great location. Located 25 miles to Walt Disney World, 13 miles to Gatorland, 20 miles from SeaWorld's Discovery Cove, 23 miles to Universal Studios, 18 miles to the Florida Mall, and 19 miles to Orlando International Airport, just to name a few. Locally, it is walking distance to a man made beach and marina.

    House is a duplex - 2 bedroom, 1 bath . You have your own private driveway with two spaces, no shared spaces. Sorry we do not allow pets, or parties. There is a smart AC, and smart lock, there are also two smart TVs - we do not have cable TV, you will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc. Free washer and dryer in unit.
