Parking: There is a parking lot out front and you can park at any spot available. No designated spots
$25 pet fee per pet per night. 4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies. Must be housebroken & crated when not home. This will be requested separately after booking. Monthly pet fee for stays of 28 nights or more is $195 per pet per month requested separately after booking.

Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience (by request only). If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets .

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Bookings of 28 nights or more require a $500 security deposit.

Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
