Vacation Central Summ

Summary:
Enjoy this wonderful home in a gated over 55 community with a huge pool, gym, dog park, pickle ball, tennis.
2 Master suites and a 3rd bedroom and bath. The back screened in patio over looks the pond. It's very peaceful.
Entertain your friends and family with the bbq and gourmet kitchen. Fully stocked. Very comfy beds.

lock box is on the gas pipe on right side of house . #5147 Key inside.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, peaceful. 1/2 mile to Costco.and freeway. 25 minutes to Historic Downtown St Augustine. 10 minutes to word golf village.

freeway 5 minute drive. Costco is across the on ramp.
