The restaurant on site was incredible with wonderful staff. It was a spur of the moment decision to eat there and it exceeded all expectations. Reasonable prices for exceptional quality!

This was my first time spending a few days in St.Augustine the last time I was there was a 4th grade day trip I’m 25 now haha I loved it. I saw the other reviews that said they didn’t like the train sounds from behind the property and looking out the window at the trains going by was cool.The staff was helpful and answered all the questions I had especially Mike at the front desk. He helped us understand the lay out of the map. I also love how everything in the historic district was in walking distance of the property. My next trip to St.Augustine I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

The pictures online did not match the property condition. Our room was not very clean even when we first got there. The TV stand was so dusty my husband wrote “clean me” in the dust before we left. The drawer that was supposed to have coffee in it only had opened packages that had not been refilled and empty packages had not been thrown away. When I went to the front desk one morning to get coffee cups and a couple of extra towels, I was told that it wouldn’t be right now. I really wanted coffee to start my morning. Thankfully someone from housekeeping came up and helped me get what I needed. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t what I expected it to be. Next time I will spend more money to get a better place to stay.

The staff were excellent. I forgot a shopping bag with several items inside. The camber maid found my bag shortly after I checked out. The front staff desk person called me on my cell phone. I was able to return to the hotel before heading home and retrieve my items. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
