The west side location is an extension of historic downtown St. Augustine and less than a 5 minute walk to favorite local hot spots Buena Onda Cafe, Bog Brewing Co, Sweet Cupcakes, The West Egg, Sailbird Distilling and the newly opened Maracuya by Llama.

Cottage Info:
Three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 adults and an additional 2 children. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the back patio while the other two bedrooms each feature a queen size bed and share a bathroom.

Additional sleeping arrangements for children include a queen size inflatable mattress + bedding and a pack n’ play.

+External ring floodlight camera is located at the side entry of the cottage. The device lights and captures the entrance of the cottage and the parking area. There are no camera views inside the cottage.

+Trip insurance is strongly advised as we cannot predict or control mother nature. Also, unexpected life moments come up for all of us from time to time, and trip insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Considerations:
West King is an extension of downtown. The house is located on a quiet street that receives little to no through traffic. The backyard has a generous amount of space and is a favorite of my husband and I.
