This waterfront property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the City of Saint Augustine. This apartment is on the first floor of a two story home. This apartment has a separate entrance from the upstairs apartment. The apartment is approximately 550sf. When you rent this apartment you are renting a complete apartment. Sail boats docked in the harbor and shrimp boats bringing home its catch provides a picturesque backdrop. Sit on the screened porch. Sip your favorite drink and watch the tide come in and out as the birds feed and frolic. the sunsets will entice you to sit and rest and enjoy the burst of color across the sky. Wonderful, charming place. Quaint, clean, one bedroom/bathroom apartment. The house is split into 3 individual apartments. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Walkable to multiple restaurants. The hosts are helpful and responsive when I had questions. Lovely home, wonderful hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The apartment was cozy, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. The screened in porch was a bonus a peaceful place for birdwatching and beautiful sunsets.We loved that it was walking distance to downtown St. Augustine, Great Restaurants, and short drive to beaches.Hyacinth & Michael were quick to response to all of our inquires. This is a great property in the historic district. It is clean, cozy and very quiet. Walking distance (25 mins) to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Great place to rent, highly recommended.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful. Our apartment had it's own private courtyard and back porch for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!

We have had a wonderful time in this beautiful town. Our rental is perfect for couples. Cozy and romantic with an eclectic feel. Decorated with art painted by the owners and the amazing landscaping outside really shows the love and creativity that went into it’s design.

Super cozy, classy home close to The Old City.

My wife and I came to St. Augustine for a long weekend and celebrate our anniversary. We we very impressed with the location and the beautiful views overlooking the river marsh out back ( With a grill also)! The effeciency was clean and even had nice paintings inside. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The owners have done a wonderful job with the place. Walking the streets, exploring and dining is what we did. Everthing was close. We would come back here again for sure.
