This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach rental is just steps from the sand and ready for your getaway. Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, this charming rental sits above the beloved local spot, Coneheads Ice Cream. Visitors can park in the dedicated spaces and head up the stairs to their private balcony and cozy apartment. The open living room is perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of adventure. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, whether you're preparing a full meal or packing snacks for the beach. Drift off to sleep in the comfy king-size bed with its private bath, while the guest room offers a queen-size bed. For additional guests, the living room features a sleeper sofa.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax
