This centralized vacation rental is close to everything in St. Augustine, making it easy to plan your dream vacation. Our 2 bed (queen beds), 1 bath unit is in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. Short walk to local favorite restaurants, watering holes and the beach. Only 5 miles to the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. Offer 2 reserved compact parking spaces make beach access an ease for you and your guests. Security camera is located at the front door looking at the stairs. This is more than a vacation rental, it’s a lifestyle!

Great condo, great location
The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was centrally located, very close to the heach and several restaurants. It was very quiet at night. The two dedicated parking spaces were great. Laura was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem, a block walk to the beach. If you have a 4x4 vehicle you can drive onto the beach for a small fee. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I wash I had more time during my trip to enjoy.

Loved it!
One of our favorite VRBO stays so far! It's in a great location, plenty of space for the family, and the deck was great to sit out on at night. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here. The beach is walking distance and the restaurant below always walked the food up to us! When a light bulb went out in one of the rooms they came and replaced it quickly. The only reason I put a 4 on the cleanliness is due to the floors needing to be mopped better and under the beds were very dirty.

Great location close to the beach.
We loved our stay. Great communication from the host. Everything was furnished and made our stay easy. Cafe shop owners below were super friendly. We recommend trying them at least once. Short walk to the beach.

Excellent rental
This rental is great, very clean, exactly as pictured, kitchen is well stocked , plenty of towels and great linens, location is across the street from the beach so it is a little bit of a walk but this is a great location with everything in walking distance, Laura is a fantastic communicator, responds very quickly, check in and check out is a very easy process. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location!
We had the best stay at this property this past weekend. The location is absolutely perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. It is a short 13 minute ride to downtown, as well. It was well-kept and extremely clean. We will absolutely be coming back!!! Also, we regret waiting until the last day to eat at Zabas downstairs. 10/10 recommend!!
