Fabulous two bedroom ground floor apartment located in a gorgeous peaceful residential area just minutes’ walk to the heart of the charming St Andrews. The ideal getaway for friends and family.. All on the Ground Floor:

Being situated in the heart of historic town of St Andrews adds a unique charm to the location. With a short 5-minute walk to a fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants, you’ll have plenty of options for entertainment and dining. Additionally, being half a mile away from East Sands beach provides a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. West Sands, as featured in ’Chariots of Fire’, is within a mile away.

The open plan living space is a popular layout that allows for a seamless flow, making it ideal for socialising and spending time with family and friends. Being located on the ground floor ensures easy access and a peaceful atmosphere in this leafy residential area. It has two large bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one with twin beds, which will give a fantastic night’s sleep after a day of adventure.

Lovely, comfortable, perfectly located

This 2 BR, 2 BA property is conveniently located within walking or short driving distance to shopping, dining and golfing options. The property is attractively and comfortably furnished, and every detail and amenity has been attended to. Beds are comfortable! Highly recommend.
