"The property is absolutely disgusting!! Management horrible!! Bathroom Sink rusted, comforter ripped, absolutely dirty!! Room dusty and smelly, I didn’t stay, It took me 3 minutes and immediately went downstairs to say that I wasn’t going to stay and I explained to them why, and the guy yelled at me saying that I will lose my money (which I did in fact) there were cigarette pots everywhere, stairs vomited, dog poop and pee all around, I had to wipe my shoes before going into my car after walking around that property, floor absolutely disgusting and dirty, food rotten around the corners by the stairs, hope this review helps somehow!!! Stay away!!! They did not accept my complaints and took my whole money without shame!! Even the police got there to respond to a call while I was being yelled at by the manager (if I could call him that) The worst experience ever!! Pictures are NOT accurate whatsoever!!!!"

"Property was new and beautiful and very clean. Location was close to the beach, probably a 8 minute walk. They need to work on supplies, towels were not adequate for the number of guests, they were not delivered daily. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues and the body wash dispenser was empty. We had to repeatedly ask for all of this. "

"the wash-hand basin in the bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently to remove some residue left on the basin (likely given a cursory wipe). The fridge was not working properly was told a working one would be put in it never happened. The safe in the room was opened in the locked position a maintenance person came and unlocked and left had a trial and locked with my own code couldn't open it. Other than that everything was fine. i did inform the lady at desk of these problems when checking out"

"Great location to the beach. Breakfast was very good. They do not keep a lot of drinks for purchase like the website shows, but there is a Wawa right across the street. "

"I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here next time I require accommodations in Venice. My rating is 12 out of 10, I'm beyond pleased with the experience."
