Nice getaway!

Exactly as described on the listing, very peaceful and just what I was looking for. Definitely will try to return in the summer for that view over the lake. The host was awesome and accommodated my last minute request to stay an additional day with no problem. The only downfalls for me were, the limited use of the area behind the house because of the snow, which is normal but not ideal if travelling with a dog and that the parking area is on the shoulder of the road, I almost missed it, other than that it was great!

The location of the cottage is amazing, beautiful lake and the area is surrounded by various hiking/biking trails. We were disappointed in the way the cottage is listed, the reason being that the cottage is a Duplex and the description did not mention it being a duplex. The other tenants who rented the other side of the duplex thought the fire pit and hot tub was a shared space which made things awkward when we had to address the issue with them. Also having to share the kayaks was not ideal. Besides that we still enjoyed our stay
