「I have pictures of the room. The floor was filthy, sheets and pillow cases looked unchanged and dirty. The room had burn marks around the sink, on tub, toilet, on the table between the beds, and a burn hole on the bedspread so it was smoked in. We asked for non smoking room. There were dead bugs laying around. The toilet paper was rusted and couldn't hold toilet paper. There was part of a roll of toilet paper that had a yellow stain on it like it had gotten wet. The bath tub had a ring around it...

「The room was dirty! There was a live bug on the floor and a dead moth on the table. The floor was definitely not swept or vacuumed. Was afraid of sleeping on the bed as I was wondering if the sheets were changed from the last customer. Would never stay there again」
