Met Iur Needs

We were in town for Christmas for my mothers birthday. 3 couples and one child. The bedroom set up was perfect for us. The house is obviously newer and in great shape. Parking was great for 3 vehicles.Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants.There are train tracks directly behind the house, but trains werent frequent during our stay.

Overall positive, a few minor problems

The home was lovely and clean it was a beautiful view of the city from the downsides were that there's a train track right outside the back door that you can actually feel the house move when it comes by. Also I went to use the dryer and all of the sheets and towels from the prior clients were still in the dryer and not completely dried I spent several hours drying and folding sheets and towels from previous guests there were also no paper towels or soap in the dispensers

The house was clean and tidy. It is well equipped with items a family would need. The house was nice.The neighbors downstairs were a bit loud outside of the quiet hours. The white sheets on two of the beds had large stains.

Well stocked and plenty of beds

We came for my middle daughter's babyshower and had great communication with the host. I was very surprised at how well stocked the kitchen appliances were. Pretty much anything you would need to cook and bake was available!!

Very poor communicators. They have added conditions to the stay where they'll charge you if you break rules not in the original agreement. No check in instructions, and the other tenets have access to your space with no way to lock them out. A lot of hidden details to make your stay uncomfortable.
