"Nice place to stay for a few days. We rented 2 units, enjoyed the location (close to town, beach and restaurants) and complex had a pool/hot tub. Rated 4 bc few minor issues, the floors are very thin so you can hear anyone walking around the condos above you very easily, in one unit-both hair dryers didn’t work, and the other unit smelled a bit like smoke. Overall, I would stay again. "

"I had a lovely stay. I was pleasantly surprised that our room had been updated since the pictures were taken. You can tell the entire property has received updates recently or are in progress. Great pool area with lots of loungers! Technically walkable into Ogunquit center. Multiple food options also within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again! "

"Great location with beautiful common areas and updated bathrooms. Bedroom as sufficient and comfortable, but 'historic' to be sure (some worn edges, peeling paint, etc.). Great location to do all things Kennebunkport by foot, plus easy drive to surrounding towns"
