「Todo muy bien」

「Ok」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」

「Unfortunately, the air condition unit vibrated very loud and it was difficult to stay asleep. After showing video to the front desk, they were very surprised and said they would send maintenance while I was out. That never happened.」

「No hot water, AC barely worked, standing water in the shower. The texting number took forever to respond with. Transportation was also very very slow. However the desk clerk when I first checked in was very kind and helpful」

「Room came equipped with useful utensils; pots and dishes of the sort. Great experience overall.」

「Staff is great! Breakfast is good.」
