    This home is only one block from Mercy hospital and five minutes or less from universities, international restaurants, shopping malls, Bass Pro, and beyond!

    The perfect home for nurses, doctors, business travelers, gathering with family or any occasion that brings you to Springfield. A home where you will encounter peace and beauty, a sanctuary for your busy days. A fenced backyard for your furry family, in a safe neighborhood, South of Springfield.

    Three cozy bedrooms, one bathroom, beautiful kitchen with everything that you need. A cozy fireplace (only winter) perfect for those special nights. One of the bedrooms can be used as a workplace with a desk and great wi-fi. Washer and dryer!
    As soon as you enter, there is a Welcome Home feeling, at the end of those busy days.

Needs a lot of work!

Not very clean Old and needs updating Bathroom old and needs repairs Bathroom sink water pressure was just a little stream. Kitchen hardly had any equipment to cook with.

Avoid like the (literal) plague!

Terrible rental. Upon arriving, noticed the house smelled musty. Checked the A/C filter and it was CAKED in grime. obviously hadn't been cleaned in months. I have pictures but VRBO won't let me post them in reviews. It went downhill from there. Pillows were old and badly stained. Strong smell of cigarettes in the rear bedroom. Dead flies smeared onto rear window. Not clean. Rancid grease in the floor of the oven. had to get property manager to bring over a new microwave. The property had an active mouse infestation, with droppings in the sheets of the one of the bedrooms and the floor of both bedrooms, and the kitchen cabinets. Property manager tried to help but the entire house needed a deep clean and an exterminator. Felt as though it had been vacant for quite awhile. Left after one night although I was booked for seven nights. Homeowner refused to refund any more than half. I will be disputing the full charge on my card. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Walk to Mercy in less then 5 min

I am a traveling healthcare provider and landed a contract at Mercy in Springfield Missouri. I travel with my girlfriend and our two fur babies. We chose this property because of its past reviews and proximity to Mercy Hospital. I walk to and from work everyday takes less then 5 min to get there. Great neighbors, quiet safe street( with the exception of the Medevac helicopters flying overhead) Great fenced In yard for our furbabies to play. All appliances you need washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot. Flat top stove. Everything you need. Walk to Mercy in less then 5 Min. The host is a angel on this earth. Attentive to every need you have while staying. Genuinely cares about your comfort and well being. She has become a mother to us while we are so far away from home. Do not hesitate to book!!!

Great location and a lovely house.

Nice house for a visit to all of the attractions around springfield, and very easy to find. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
