「This rental was my favorite that I’ve ever visited. I loved the country style. The interior was quite unique, what with the beautifully stained concrete floor, the wooden slats covering portions of the walls and kitchen island, the quaint rocking chair beside the fireplace and splashes of marble adorning areas of the floor and wall. 「The Hager Hideaway is in the middle of everything and is a quiet, restorative oasis on its own. The 1830's farmhouse is absolutely charming and very cozy. We could have spent the entire weekend exploring Harrodsburg, but Bardstown is only an hour away via scenic back roads (less if via the Bluegrass Parkway), so we HAD to spend a day there.
