「We love staying at the Cartridge Factory and our latest stay at Malissa's apartment did not disappoint. The unit was exactly as described and spotless. We found it to be very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Malissa was also extremely communicative and clear in her instructions. We most definitely book her unit in the future because we found the single story apartments to be cozier and no metal steps to get up to the 2nd story loft like the other listings. 「Absolute gem! Clean, safe neighborhood, walkable (we walked to four breweries), plenty of street parking. This place is wonderful, so cute, clean and charming. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Parking spot was great, wish there was more transparency that this was extension of a home but had no issues with it, host was easy to work with and communicated well. The WiFi password was listed wrong on the printouts and the text. During the spring/summer there are a lot of bugs and a citronella candle could help with that. Didn’t mind at all to clean dishes but a drying rack would have been helpful so we didn’t have to just keep them all in the sink. 」
