「Our stay was amazing. Place was very nice clean and well kept. Pictures do not do it justice. Latrice the host is extremely nice easy to work with and very communitive. Within walking distance of a "outdoor mall" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also within 10 to 20 minutes of very popular Dayton attractions.100% with out a doubt would recommend and definitely would stay again.」

「Tristin is an excellent host, answered all questions and resolved issues that arose. This house is very comfortable and all necessities were available. Yes, the steps are steep, yes the bathroom is upstairs. This is an updated old house and these features accompany age. Great value and close to many of the things we planned to do in Dayton.」

「Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations.
