SLEEPING ARANGEMENTS
BEDROOM 1 – Queen Bed
Drift into ultimate comfort on a queen bed with a motorized adjustable frame, designed to let you find the perfect position for relaxing. Whether you’re watching shows on the Roku Smart TV, enjoying a good book, or settling in for a restful night’s sleep, this bed offers personalized support at the touch of a button. Fresh, high-quality linens are provided, with protective encasements on both the mattress and pillows for added peace of mind. A spacious closet with hangers is also available to keep your belongings organized during your stay.

BEDROOM 2 – Twin Trundle Bed & Office Workspace
This versatile room combines comfort and productivity. A twin trundle bed provides cozy sleeping arrangements for one or two guests, with the second bed easily sliding out when needed. Fresh linens and protective encasements on the mattress and pillows ensure a clean, restful stay. For those working remotely or seeking a quiet spot to create, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair offers a serene, focused atmosphere—perfect for both business and inspiration.

BATHROOM
Enjoy a clean, modern bathroom designed with both style and comfort in mind. The beautifully tiled shower features a natural rock floor, adding a touch of spa-like luxury to your stay. Soft, absorbent towels are provided, along with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

As part of our eco-friendly approach, the bathroom is equipped with a 38-gallon electric hot water tank—perfect for two or more normal showers. Please note that the tank requires about 2 hours to fully reheat, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage. This balance ensures everyone can enjoy a refreshing and relaxing experience.

KITCHEN
Cook, dine, and gather with ease in a fully stocked kitchen designed for convenience and comfort. Modern stainless steel appliances pair with a wide selection of cookware, utensils, and dinnerware to make meal preparation effortless. Whether you’re brewing coffee with the Keurig or drip coffee maker, whipping up breakfast with the toaster and blender, or tackling a full recipe with baking sheets, cutting boards, and a hand mixer, this kitchen has everything you need. A dining table provides the perfect place to enjoy your creations, and kitchen linens, an iron, and other thoughtful touches are included. For added convenience, we provide a starter supply of trash bags and paper towels.

The home is equipped with a high-quality Samsung washer and dryer to make laundry a breeze, whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay. A starter supply of laundry pods is included for your convenience.

We welcome your fur babies, 2 dogs max (unless additional approval is given), unfortunately we can not accommodate cats. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. We want to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, including your fur babies.

Upon arrival, you'll find a few complimentary cold beverages and snacks in the fridge waiting for your to relax after your travels. There may be a few condiments/spices in the fridge or cabinets that have been paid forward from a previous guest. Feel free to use at your convenience if you wish and pay forward after your stay. We want to ensure you feel welcomed as soon as you step through the door.
