Private entry suite with a large driveway. The suite is attached to our home but there is absolutely no shared spaces! No shared walls. By heart of town conveniently close to many great amenities. Water & land adventures just minutes away! This modern yet cozy suite is very inviting & has all you may need for a comfy stay.
Private outside entry with a large driveway for parking. Open layout with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Large windows with blinds for natural sunlight option. Flip the switch for instant blue ambiance lights which create an enjoyable atmosphere. Comfy and sturdy king bed with new hybrid mattress, sitting area, dining area, 55" smart TV with Free Wi-Fi & Spectrum Cable through Roku.
Kitchenette has a sink, mini fridge + freezer, microwave, coffee maker & portable burner. I provide basic cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. Complimentary coffee, tea and a variety of light sweet and salty snacks are included!
Bathroom is ready with fresh and clean towels, hand soap, Oil of Olay (shea) body wash, Tresemme shampoo and conditioner, and body lotion. Hair dryer is also provided. The suite has a closet for clothing with hangers, iron & ironing board.

Great Stay!!!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Suite in SpringHill, FL, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions I had. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a spotless, clean-smelling Suite that immediately made me feel at home. The room was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day on the boat. Parking was a breeze with a convenient spot right in front of the door. A delightful touch was the host's thoughtful gesture of leaving snacks and water bottles for us, along with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. These little details truly set this place apart and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Suite to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay in SpringHill. I am already planning my next stay for next month.

Great stay
It was close to family, convenient location for us, clean, everything we needed (even had coffee pot ready for us), bed was comfy, the only thing I wish it had a handicap toilet, that was hard for hubby with having 2 knee replacement. But all and all was very nice, and would definitely stay there again.

I loved the property the area is nice and quiet theres plenty of stuff to do in the area plenty if parks plenty trails to go on a hike etc. The hosts were great just what i needed to de-stress and recharge!

Clean, and the owners were very nice.
The place was clean and so adorable. The owners were fantastic! I felt because it was on a highway, it was a bit noisy from the traffic. Other then that a nice place to stay.

Studio in Spring Hill
The room was just as described. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. We had our own entry and parking so it was very convenient. The location was convenient and better that the hotels on 19. The bathroom was a bit tighter than a normal hotel room but the comfy chairs and kitchenette made up for it. I would stay there again.
