「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in).
A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming.
Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

「Lovely little apartment. Clean and comfortable. Ours overlooked the beautiful abbey. We were advised that the bed in our flat (Norwich Cathedral) was king size so were disappointed to find that it was only a double. Apart from that all was well.」
