Washington stay
We stayed for a family members wedding. We enjoyed our stay. It is technically a 1 1/2 bath. Overall a nice location and a nice property to stay at.

Perfect Location and good amount of space for everyone
There were 4 of us. Kitchen was large enough for everyone to be in at the same time. Back porch was very nice for morning coffee. We used all 3 bedrooms, beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Lisa responded to my one question immediately via email right after I had made the reservation before our stay. Lisa also sent me a text asking how we liked everything. My response was a thumbs up :) My family went to Avista Stadium for a Spokane Indians Baseball game.

Great little gem outside of Spokane!
We had a great time at our stay! It comfortably slept everyone and the kids had a blast exploring the property as there is much to explore! We enjoyed the fact that it was outside of the Spokane area but close enough for a quick drive. Place was clean inside. We just ran into a small earwig issue in the lower part of the home which I informed Lisa about and she was quick to respond. We weren’t too surprised given the area of the home, so it didn’t bother us. Everyone had a blast and we would definitely come back!

Nice house clean and comfortable
Home was clean and bright. Comfortable although it could use a lower table or desk to use a laptop on. It has good access to the interstate. Lots of food options in airway heights. It worked well for our stay.

Wanted close to airport and with 2 bathrooms. This was a perfect home for our two nights in the area. Lisa was easy to work with and quick to respond to a question I had during our stay. Absolutely would stay there again.

Great Quiet Place
This location was ideal for us as it was close to our adult children in the area. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on (I even too the sheets off to see what kind of mattress it was so I could buy one!) The kitchen and appliances were top notch. The back deck was our favorite hang out. We were greeted each morning with a friendly deer that came to visit the yard. The home owner was easy to communicate with and was very friendly. The house was clean and well kept and just perfect for our family to hang out and visit.

A nice newly remodeled home with great kitchen. Comfortable beds, sufficient bathrooms. Country setting with deck and secluded yard and some wildlife to enjoy (bunnies/birds). Overall, an enjoyable place to stay!

Handicap friendly!!
On top of being a unique and beautiful property, it kept my wheelchair bound mother comfortable all weekend. We rented this specifically for the handicap accommodations and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Mom loved the shower and both porches. I loved the den with the 3rd bedroom that felt just a little removed from the rest of the home. And I unexpectedly had to bring my old dog, owner didn’t make a fuss about paying a pet deposit last minute which was very friendly of her! You won’t regret booking a stay here!

Just Okay
It was not as advertised. I rented this because of the handicapable part of the listing. There is no way I would have been able to get my mom's wheelchair up the ramp that they have so I am was glad that she was not able to attend as originally planned. The entrance is not handicapable due to the ramp being an old wire ramp with big low spots in it. The shower is accessable as noted. There are some very steep steps to go down to the 3rd bedroom and laundry room that no one handicapped would be able to navigate. The beds were super comfy and the linens were nice. It was mostly clean, however, I had to wipe down the counters before I could use them. I don't know if it was just dust or what, but there was dirt on the paper towels after I wiped down the counters. The dishes were nice, however, some of the utensils are broken and should be discarded, especially the wire wisk. We had plenty seasonings for cooking and really appreciated the cold bottled water in the fridge. Lisa was easy to work with and had great communication, which I really appreciate. The house was nice, but just not quite what was advertised. And, although it is right across from the airport the noise didn't bother us at all. Overall, I would likely stay here again as it is fairly close to Cheney and it's nice not to have to go all the way into Spokane.

Rosalene had messaged me approximately 2 a.m. to ask for access to a locked closet which has our supplies and some personal belongings in it. I explained that guests have no need to that area and therefore it is locked. I explained there are other closets that can be used. When we went there to clean after Rosalene checked out unfortunately we found that Rosalene had broken into our closet anyway. When I messaged her to ask why she didn't respond. I expected a bad review from her and here it is. Numerous people in wheelchairs have stayed at the Farmhouse and have loved it. There is no problem with handicapable access to our house and 2 out of 3 bedrooms are perfectly suited for handicapable people.

Expected experience
This isn't luxury and isn't meant to be. Good things; brand new appliances, easy door lock code, plenty of parking, good mattresses, close to airport and Spokane and lakes. Bad things; poor bathroom water pressure at sink, remote kind of creepy neighborhood (airport), bathroom door doesn't lock, junky yard.

Lovely Farmhouse!
My adult daughter and I spent a couple of nights at this lovely farmhouse just West of the city of Spokane. We brought our little 5 lb dog who absolutely loved the yard and so did we. It was so nice to sit outside on the deck, enjoying the peace and quiet and watch the birds and rabbit that came by. Even the neighbor's very well mannered and friendly old dog came by to visit. The neighbors are very quiet which was nice too. The house is nicely remodeled, especially the kitchen that has everything you need in terms of dishwasher, stove, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc. There are three bedrooms and the beds are comfy. Everything is all on one floor so no hauling suitcases up and down stairs which is a plus. We have mostly stayed in the urban part of Spokane when we travel regularly every month for my daughter's medical appointments. We had always thought that farther out in the rural areas would be too far from the medical district but it was a nice and refreshing change to stay at a quieter location and the drive to the medical district of Spokane was only 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The owner, Lisa, was easy to contact if anything is needed. We really appreciated having a nice place to stay where we can bring our dog. So, overall it was a nice experience and my family would stay here again. Thank you Lisa!

Needed a quiet girls weekend getaway
My best friend and I needed a weekend away from our kids and grandkids and wanted a quiet, private place to relax, watch movies and catch up. The house was perfect for us. It is a little hard to find, but we got there. Lisa was very helpful and responsive with the questions I had both before and after arrival. The listing said there was a dvd player and so we brought a lot of movies to watch, but upon arrival it wasn't there. Lisa was on it immediately and said her husband would bring one out in an hour. I let her know my friend would bring one so it was ok. We had a great weekend and even extended our stay another night! Rae W

Small house, great time
Had an amazing time, hosted my bachelor party here. Due to covid we had to dial back the experience and went with a poker game night on the back porch/deck. House was comfortable and suited us perfectly. Would recommend this stay for any one from a couple to a group of friends.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway.
Great size of property for 5 people which is what we had. Very modern appliances. Good location to get to restaurants yet far away enough from the traffic and noise of an urban property. It was perfect for our weekend trip.

Quiet Country Home
The owner went above and beyond to help us set up the reservation and when we couldn't find the remote she went out and bought a new one. The home is very cozy and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The outside deck and yard is very nice for relaxing also. We would love to go back there again someday.

Hidden Gem
This house was 15 minutes from downtown Spokane- and a wonderful quite space from the city. We checked in late in the evening, and were unsure on the location of the property as it sits on an Unpaved street with no other surrounding homes. This was an actual plus as this allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and wild life. If you are a light sleeper the passing planes may bother you, however we had no issues with noise as the airport was far away not to bother us. The airport was roughly 12 mins away and small and easy to access. The property had one bathroom with a fairly large shower- be carful as the shower water drips a lot due to it being wheel chair accessible- but it’s actually quite nice. The property had all new appliances, came supplied with cooking utensils including pots pans skillets and silverware. There are no spices or oils to cook with so make sure to biting your own- walmart was just 15 mins away. The doors are a bit tricky to lock in the bathrooms and bedrooms. There are plenty of windows and doors to access the cool summer breeze and you can eat on the from deck or back patio while enjoying wildlife( we saw birds and rabbits). The beds were large and comfy. Extra sleeping if needed in the two additional futons and there was an air mattress in the closet. Washer and dryer worked great to clean our clothes after enjoying zip lineing in nearby 9 falls and kayaking in downtown Spokane. There is also an outdoor water fountain in Spokane if you go during summer. Outside is perfect for Bar b ques and relaxing. Great find and made our experience in Spokane that much better. Owner is easy to communicate with. Our door property has security cameras 🎥 using the ring app for added security.

country living
the place was great the owners were wonderful and very helpful enjoyed talking with them the place has a real county charm, we had a Christmas vacation with our kids and grand kids, some driving in from the east cost it was the first time in over 5 years we were all together for Christmas being able to rent this place was the icing on the Christmas cake we got snow before and after so it was a white Christmas. the place was set up for handicapped access and that was perfect for my mom and her walker the location was close to major shopping but it was still out in the country like I said it was perfect for what we needed thanks to lisa and mike.

Clean, modern,quiet, awesome little house with huge yard
My overall experience with the house was excellent! My wife and I came with our 3 children. There was plenty of room inside and out. When we stayed at the house it was hotter than hell in Spokane but inside the house it was a cool 72. My only “complaint” with the House was the satellite. Several of the channels were glitchy making it hard for this couch potato to watch TV.

Perfect house not to far from the city
House was perfect for five people. Even though it was close to the airport noise was not an issue. Loved the porch and privacy fence. We even saw a moose walk through the back yard as we unpacked our vehicle. It watched us for about five minutes then got bored and was on its way. Lisa was quick with a response with any questions we had. Much better than staying in a hotel. Only complaint was the tv connection.

This house was very comfortable the kitchen is nicely updated lots of counter space, a dining table with chairs would be nice. The bed where comfortable but a little tall maybe a stool in the bedrooms for (vertically challenged) people to use, my mom had a bit of a challenge getting into the bed.

A quiet rural retreat
This place fit our needs perfectly because of our dog and two kids and a need to be close to the Convention Center. We were only 10 minutes away! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen nicely appointed and a nice spot to relax after hanging out at the end of the day. Lisa was very responsive.
