We stayed in the traditional studio, and we couldn't be happier with it; it was clean and spacious. Split can be quite costly, so we appreciated that the property had a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, yet remains very quiet and private. Communication with the owner was excellent, offering numerous helpful recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment looked like the photos and was very clean. Walking distance to everything. The host met us at arrival and was very responsive throughout the stay. Would definetly come back.

We stayed at Victoria luxury rooms for 3 nights and we loved it! Convenient location, short walk to Riva Promenade and all other sites in Split. Apartment is clean and spacious. WiFi is slow and sometimes hard to connect. Good water pressure but ran out of hot water while showering. No daily housekeeping but they provided us with fresh towels upon request. Yvanka is very helpful. Roma provided us with good recommendation around the area. There’s a convenience store across the street. Great location!

Very good accommodation in the heart of Split

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in was easy and we were met at the apartment and showed around. The apartment is stunning and the exposed brick work was beautiful. It had all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable and the A/C was superb.It is right in the centre of split and within walking distance of all major attractions. So many places to eat and dine at varying levels from street food to fine dining. We were sent a list of recommendations by our host. When we come back we will be booking to stay here again can't recommend highly enough.

The room was nice and clean. Well decorated. It was up three flights of stairs and the hallway was not well lit. The property was hard to find. Communication with owner was a bit difficult but when we eventually connected he was patient and made sure we had what we needed. The room was smaller than expected. It didn't have a sitting area, as I expected from the pictures. The bed was small for a queen and was a little uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay.

The room we stayed in was really nice newly decorated spacious and comfortable. The location was hard to find following Google map to start with, we then called for check in and a few minutes later Toma took us to the room explaining everything we needed to know. Nice friendly welcome from him. He shared key info about the city on WhatsApp which was helpful. A couple of details failed to make it a perfect experience. The shower rod was leaking it was replaced after contacting Toma and the shoe rack draw collapsed when we touched it as it was a bit flimsy and not built properly. No beach towels available despite being listed on the property amenities even when mentioned none provided so make sure you’ll bring your own. Small details to adjust but overall great stay in a perfect location short walk to every point of interest. Would be good to have a breakfast option added to the room at an additional price maybe at the nearby hotel as it would make it an even better stay.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. Got an uber from the airport and check in was smooth. Operator sent many recommendations through WhatsApp which were very helpful. It’s a guesthouse so it’s a room in a house with others in other rooms. Very clean and quiet in a great area which was walkable to everything. Only a few minutes walk to major attractions. Busses available nearby. Halfway through my stay I requested cleaning and fresh towels which was done no problem. The operators were available by WhatsApp for any questions. Air conditioning was much appreciated and could be controlled. Kitchen with supplies was useful and there was even a clothes washer was in the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend.

Beautiful room in great location

Beautifully decorated room with all you would expect in facilities at good quality. Really convenient to walk into old town without the busy tourist traffic here. Very nice welcome and very helpful. The main concern is noisy building/neighbours at night so can be a problem if you are a light sleeper

Lets talk about the positives first. Very Clean. Modern 5 min walk to the old city Comfortable bed Good AC Now to the negatives and wjy i gave 4 stars and not 5 No elevator Room size Its neither an hotel nor an airbnb so you dont get the benefit of either. Just a small room.
