Great stay!

Great location and great service/communication from the owner. He let us check in early and helped us with our luggage. He also gave great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Location is amazing!

Sime was extremely helpful. He carried up our luggage and found parking for us, he even went to the pharmacy to get us medication. There was beer and wine waiting in the fridge. The view is amazing directly on the Riva next to the palace. We can’t stress how nice he was!!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the perfect area in Split. The room itself is lovely and the host has provided amenities to make the stay very comfortable. Right outside the door is the harbor with a beautiful promenade, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again next time we are in Split.

We loved the location and the ocean views. It was our first Expedia booking that was “Airbnb like” arrangement so we were a bit disoriented. To be fair there were instructions in the Expedia confirmation on what to do: You have to reach out to the agency 24 hour before to arrange check in. After that initial contact it went pretty smoothly and we were always in touch via WhatsApp. Sime reached out periodically if we needed anything and we always knew he was only one text away. The windows did a great job and canceling all the noise from the marina.

Wonderful Experience

The property manager was an excellent host. He went above and beyond. Helped us with our every need. So friendly. The bed was so comfortable especially after a day of walking. So close to everything. I would highly recommend for a fun island experience. The room and balcony were every clean.

Amazing location and views!!

Incredible unit! Absolutely loved the clean classy look and feel of the place. Bed, AC unit even felt incredible. Best part is the views of the water right from your unit! Stumbling distance to all the restaurants and sightseeing spots. Check in was very personal and helpful. Was so happy with the stay!

Great gem on the riva in split

Great little gem on the riva. Couldn’t ask for a better location to the palace restaurants bars and shops. There are stairs but the room is and well appointed. Great service from the manager. Would highly recommend.

A private apartment overlooking the RIVA, located inside the palace. Beautiful, well appointed, modern, and convenient. It is 3 flights up from the street, but spectacular balcony views overlooking the Riva.

Best service ever!

Amazing, personalized service! We were greeted upon arrival and were given an overview of all aspects of the apartment plus personalized recommendations of restaurants and activities. Breakfast was included at a local restaurant and was delicious! The location was perfect - right along the Riva Promenade with beautiful views and so close to everything. In addition to included amenities, we were provided help with luggage storage outside of our stay and help getting to our ferry. This property has high reviews for a reason. If it’s available, stay here while in Split!

Roko was an incredible host and this property is exactly where you want to stay to be in the middle of all the action in Split. Walkable to absolutely everything. Yes it is on the main strip which gets busy in the day, but the suite itself is quiet and comfortable. Plus the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Views of sunrise and sunset. If we come back to split we will definitely be looking to stay here again and recommending it to all our friends. Thank you Roko for being such an amazing host!!
