Dirty and noisy

Room was super dirty. Floor was so dirty that my feet were grey. There was a big spider web in the ceiling. Some extra hair in the sheets. Good location but because next to the street it was noisy.

Amazing stay

Amazing location just in front of the beach. Spacious rooms with small fridge. Excellent climatisation. 15 min by bus to city center.

Great location, but a bit pricey for what you get

Room was fine. Staff were soooo lovely but a neighbour left their dog in the room and it barked non stop! Staff were unable to reach the guests

We used the hotels airport shuffle service, driver was there on time and was so nice and helpful with tips about the area. The room was immaculately clean with a beautiful view, and they had the room ready for our arrival, which was before check in time. We didn’t explore the immediate area too much, but there were bars and restaurants a plenty. And an Uber to Split was under €10. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

It is a really nice place to stay if you have car. The room is big and the view is cool. Only thing to complain is that the available time for check-in is until 7pm, but the website mentioned 8pm. Staff sent message to us, and let us check in in the morning.

Let me start off with THAT VIEW! Wow, Simply breathtaking. When we checked in Nina was working and I’m so glad she was. She was extremely helpful in everything we needed. She walked us to our room, helped us exchange money, and even offered to set up a tour for us last minute. She was such a warm person and it was exciting seeing her the mornings we did. The room was very clean, and spacious for what we needed. My husbands favorite part was the coffee, creamer and sugar in a bag left for us to make in the morning. Apart from all of this, the location was great. We were walking distance to a bunch of restaurants we never needed to go far for any meal. I 100% recommend this hotel. Should I ever come back to Split I’ll be staying here again! Thank you for all that you did for us Nina, you are such a wonderful and dedicated person.

Nella norma con un grave difetto. La nostra camera era vicino al loro bistrot Seven, hanno ascoltato musica ad alto volume ben oltre la mezzanotte, nonostante avessi fatto presente che si sentiva tutto come se fossero con noi in stanza. Hanno abbassato il volume per 5 minuti e poi ripreso....mai più!

Great view overlooking the beach. Restaurant on the same level with supermarket, ATM and ice cream kiosk downstairs. Note reception is only staffed until 7pm so arrive in plenty of time beforehand. It's not quite a traditional hotel but 7 very spacious/nice rooms hence the name. I think there is hostel accommodation at the rear. There are a few steps to climb to get to the reception. When you arrive you'll see the supermarket downstairs and probably wonder like I did where the "hotel" was - it's upstairs. Rooms are quite large with a good size balcony. Plenty of pubs/cafes a short stroll to the right of the building. 2 bus stops either a 5 or 10min walk down the road with the farthest one having more frequent services in to town which is about a 15min ride. Otherwise catch a Uber, faster, quicker, cooler and as always with Uber a reasonable price. Whatever you do, don't use a normal taxi, they will rob you blind and charge up to 4 times the normal amount. Try to do that from the airport if the service is available. I paid $75AUD ($350 Kuna) for a 20 minute drive using a normal taxi when it should have been half or less!!! The location is slightly outside of the city but I liked it as it had everything I needed, beach, supermarket and cafes at your door step. There's also a car rental hire around the corner. Boys at the restaurant were friendly and provide great service. Open for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Coin washing machine also avail (or maybe free?).
