Boban Luxury is not central but there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The rooms are not "exactly" noise-proof. We had very noisy neighbours staying next to us. Fortunately, the staff were great about it about and changed our room without any problem.

Great Way to Conclude our Croatian Vacation
Our stay here was wonderful. We were very pleased with the accommodations, location, and staff. The staff was so friendly and made great suggestions for local cuisine and ambience a short stroll away. Loved our private patio, tasty breakfast, and refreshing pool.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort. Es war alles in Ordnung. Super nettes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend. Innenstadt war fußläufig in 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Stadtstrand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Disappointing, not a 4 star
Cleaniness was terrible. We booked a garden view suit and it turns out to be carpark view with no privacy. Many things didn't work including a main light in sitting area, a bedside light, broken curtain, wobbly toilet seat. We were told the main light couldn't be fixed. They fixed the bedside light from the list above. We also didn’t have a phone in room, so each day we go to receiption to ask and collect for extra toiletries, which the cleaner failed to replace in 5 of 7 nights we stayed. Receiption staffs were very helpful and friendly in trying to fix most requests but general conditions of the room do not look like that posted on hotels.com that was very disappointing. The pictures posted on hotels.com were perhaps from 1973 when the hotel was established as it proudly displays the year at receiption.

Overprized and NOT luxury suites.
Oppholdet på Boban var helt OK, men kunne vært bedre. Det var god størrelse på rommet og på TV'en, men det var ikke så rent som det burde ha vært. Sofaen var flekkete, det krelte av små maur, det lå døde maur på gulvet og på vasken flere dager på rad før de endelig fikk vasket det. Badet er også veldig lytt så du kunne høre andre stemmer tydelig og når de lagde mat på morgenen. Det luktet til og med mat på badet pga kjøkkenet. Den ene natten sluttet airconditionen å virke og da rant det masse vann ned på gulvet. Slik hadde vi det i 2 dager før de fikk en elektriker til å fikse det sent på kvelden. Da hadde vi hatt 2 netter med vann dryppende ned i bøtter og vi kunne ikke ha airconditionen på kaldere enn 26 grader! Da var 2 netter med søvn ødelagt. Sengen var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Den var nedsunken og den datt ned i det ene hjørnet. I teppet som lå på gulvet var det glasskår i og det føltes heller ikke rent ut. Frokosten var slik som forventet. En enkel continental frokost med litt brød og pålegg. Vi følte ikke at oppholdet hos Boban var tilfredstillende i forhold til hva som var forventet og til den prisen.

Gammel sofa som var skitten og hvor sofaputene skle i fra hverandre.

Nice modern rooms and a decent continental breakfast. Small but welcome pool. But without a doubt what makes Boban is it’s staff. So lovely, helpful and friendly

Ikke vert prisen, rommet var slitent to av stikkontaktene på badet fungerte ikke jacusien på badet lakk så det luktet mugg, men de ansatte sa bare de ikke luktet noe, lakk også inn på soverommet så deler av teppet var alltid vått. De reklamerer på nettsiden for timg de ikke har, som restaurant og treningsrom. Ikke mye luksus igjen på dette hotellet.

Ivan from reception was great, I needed help with a barbershop booking and he was kind to assist to translate, Apartment is about 18mins walk from town, is not bad, but the pool is very small and you only get sun until around lunch time, is not very luxury how they call it, nice and spacious room, there’s supermarkets nearby and easy to order Uber if you don’t want to walk

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Good excursion tips, these still give room for improvement. The experiences of our day trips would be accepted and passed on to other guests. Overall very satisfactory!

Amazing staff! The apartment was super comfy. We had aminor issue with the bathroom and there was a small scent. however, it went away shortly after. Housekeeping ladies were greatt! breafkast was amazing and the people were just awesome.

Overall good experience
Although a bit pricey it is a quiet small hotel, relatively close to Firule and Bacevic beach, staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, good breakfast included in the price, 25 minutes walk from city centre, room and bathroom very clean, the air conditioning is rather weak, one device is obviously not enough to cool down such a large room, considering we were at one of the top floors, there is a small pool at one of the sides of the main building, also some tennis courts at the back of the hotel. There is a more modern annex with some apartments with kitchen and parking lot at the corner a few metres down the street, which are also part of the hotel.

Trevligt hotell med serviceminded personal.
Trevligt hotell som ligger ca 10-15 min promenad från Split centrum. Tyst område med ca 10 min promenad till havet, mataffär alldeles runt hörnet, dock inte så många restauranger i närheten. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och serviceminded och gjorde verkligen sitt bästa för att hjälpa oss med de önskemål och frågor vi hade.

Great location. Room was superb. I stayed on one of the penthouse suites with a spacious terrace and indoor jacuzzi. The bathroom is large and there is a lot of closet space in the suite. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is friendly. There are a few parking spots on the location but during peak season I would expect they will be taken. The weather was relatively horrible during my stay there so I can't comment on the swimming pool.

Hotel 3 étoiles avec suites "SPA" 4 étoiles.
Très bon sejour à Split. L'hôtel n'est pas tres loin de la mer et de la plage mais comptez 20 bonnes minutes pour rejoindre la vielle ville. L'hotel est très propre, au calme mais la piscine (petite pour un hotel 4*) est à la vue de tout le voisinage. Nous avions pris la Suite "SPA" avec jacuzzi privatif et tres grande terasse. Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer. Store électrique pour le soleil sur la terasse, transats ... il manque juste un peu de verdure. Quelques finitions sont a refaire, lumières au-dessus du lit qui ne marchent pas et prêtes a tomber. Une petite notice pour la climatisation et le jacuzzi sembent indispensables. Avec ce spa dans la salle de bain, nous avions une vrai suite 4 étoiles, mais sans le standing attendu dans ce genre d'établissement : mini-bar vide, pas de vrai bar dans l'hôtel, un peu radin sur les echantillons de gel-douche ou shampoing ; avec la terrasse, le SPA et la douche, 2 serviettes par personne (1 grande / 1 petite), ce n'est pas assez. Un tapis pour la salle de bain seraient un plus également. Personnels adorables. Toujours soucieux du bon deroulement de votre journée et de votre séjour. Petit-déjeuner loin du standing d'un 4 étoiles. Service à table apprécié, mais et on ne sait pas trop ce que l'on peut commander ou ce qu'il y a à manger. Ne vous attendez pas à un choix de nourriture européenne divers. Un croissant, de la confiture, de la charcuteries, des fruits et des oeufs, mais c'est tout. Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

WORLD CLASS!
The penthouse suite with two separate bedrooms, together with an outdoor bathtub on the terrace covering over 40 square metres was fantastic, and the whole family loved it. Very comfortable beds. Very service minded and friendly staff. Good breakfast even in Corona times, and I am pretty sure that they have a good restaurant also but unfortunately it was closed because of the Corona. I have been to over 60 countries and stayed in a number of 4 and 5 star hotels in my life but this room is definitely on my top 5 list. Highly recommended!!

Super 1a - immer wieder
Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Appartement war im Neubau und hätte nicht besser sein können. Lage super nah zu guten Restaurants und Supermarkt. Zur Altstadt nur 15 Min. am Ufer entlang gehen - da ist immer was los. Alle Zimmer werden ab 07.01.2020 renoviert.
