立地はとてもいいです。駅、バス、フェリー乗り場から徒歩圏内です。ただ、この宿泊施設までの道が石畳たので、大きなスーツケースを引きずるのは、かなり大変でした。カードの支払いができず、現金で支払いました。たまたま現金を持っていたので助かりましたが。クレジットカードの機械が壊れていたようですが。これ以外は、対応は丁寧で、いろいろと教えてくれました。部屋はそれほど広くはないですが、3人で宿泊しましたか、十分な広さです。設備も基本的なものは揃ってましたし、清潔感も十分と思います。朝食はあまり期待しない方がいいでしょう。簡単なものだけです。

宮殿やバスターミナルに近い便利な立地で、徒歩数分でスーパーマーケットやパン屋にも行ける。石畳の街並みの中にあり、雰囲気もよい。滞在中に接したどのスタッフもホスピタリティーがあり、何かと声をかけてくれたり観光に役立つ情報を教えてくれるなどした。 ただ、宿の場所が少々わかりづらい。Zlodrina poljana通りに行ってしまうとたどり着くのが難しくなるので(建物の間のスロープ付きの石階段を上がる。小さい階段なので見落としやすい)、Ul. Majstora Radovana通りからアクセスした方がわかりやすいと思われる。 食事はパン、卵、サラミ・ハム、ヨーグルト、ジュースなど必要最低限のもの。

夫婦でドミトリーを提供しているかたちの宿泊施設です。 入り口がややわかりにくいです。インターホンを押したらオーナーが迎えにきてくれます。チェックインの際、オーナーから市内の情報を色々教えてくれ、助かりました。 部屋は広めです。市内に出るにも近く、大変便利でした。

最高のおもてなしの宿
バスターミナルから駅を横切って2、3分の所にあるとても素敵なブティックホテルでした。部屋も広く一部の壁は300年前のものがそのまま使用されているというとても良い雰囲気でした。またスタッフの方も皆さん親切で、青の洞窟ツアーの相談にも快く良く対応していただいて予約を取っていただきました。また、2泊とも朝食の時間より前にホテルを出る事を話すとサンドイッチとお水を用意してくれたり、朝はわざわざ部屋まで起こしにきてくれたりと、至れり尽くせりなサービスでした。教えていただいたお勧めのレストランも大当たりで、またスプリトに来る機会があったらこのホテルに宿泊して、今度は朝食をしっかり食べたいと思いました！サンドイッチのクオリティーが高かったので...。

Good room near old city
These rooms are located near the old city and very convenient for sightseeing. Staffs are polite and friendly and facilities are sufficient.

スタッフサービスが素晴らしい
バスターミナルからは近いです。ただ、慣れるまでは迷いました。 市街地までは10分弱ぐらいでした。少し歩く感覚でした。 朝食の種類はそこまで多くなく、期待はしないほうがいいです。 お風呂のお湯が、ずっと使っているとぬるくなる時がありました。 部屋はジャグジーがついていたり、部屋も広くて清潔で快適でした。 ただ、少し奮発して高い部屋に泊まったので、そこは当然だったかもしれません。 それよりも特筆すべきはスタッフの親切さです。 3泊中2日目は男性スタッフ、1日目、3日目に対応してくれたのは同じ女性スタッフでした。 まず最初に地図を渡して丁寧に周辺の説明をしてくれたので、迷うこともなく、安心できました。 私達は事前に別で予約していたのでお願いしませんでしたが、青の洞窟ツアーなど代行で予約してくれます。ツアーで朝が早く、朝食を食べることができないと相談すると、サンドウィッチとジュース、ヨーグルトや水などを部屋に事前に届けてくれました。 女性スタッフに関しては、会う度に何か困っていることはないかきいてくれました。 バスの時刻を変えたいが、可能だと思いますかと聞いたら、わざわざバス会社に電話してきいてくれました。外国で不安なところにとても嬉しい優しさでした。 また滞在したいです。

快適なステイ
長距離バス停から近い所が良く、このホテルを選びました。実際道に沿って行くとバス停から10分-15分ほどですが、線路を突っ切ってショートカットすると5分ほどでホテルまで着きます。地図を持って行っても少し分かりづらいところにあります。こじんまりとしたホテルで現地払いカードは使用不可でした。とてもアットホームでチェックインの際に近くの名所やおすすめのカフェなど教えてもらえます。部屋もとても清潔で機能も整っており快適です。ただし鍵を閉めるのが難しいのでチェックインの際ホテルの方が閉め方開け方を教えてくれるのでしっかり聞くようにしてください（笑）ディオクレティアヌス宮殿までも5分ほどの近くにレストランもあるのでとても過ごしやすい環境だと思います。

We had a decent experience at the Authentic Luxury Rooms. Neat and tidy little room within a short walking distance of the old town. Our sea view was only viewable from the bathroom, a lovely view when you’re sitting on the loo. We requested a deluxe double bed but this was two singles pushed together and unfortunately didn’t provide good support as the mattresses were too soft for our liking. The area is nice and quiet and close to a grocery store and to Split Ferry Port and main train station, very convenient location. Breakfast is very basic with mini croissants, spreads, a couple of cold meats and some cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juices. What really made our experience were the staff, everyone we dealt with were absolutely wonderful, and no request was an inconvenience. Everyone was very friendly and provided exceptional hospitality. Thank you for your excellent and gracious service.

Very nice and modern room less then a 10 minute walk to the Promenade. The rooms are actually in a different location about 5 minutes from where you check in We found out at checkin that they only accept CASH for their rooms, no credit cards. If you do not have the cash on hand they direct you to the ATM machine outside their door that charges 19.9% conversion fee.

Resepsjonen ligger for seg så du blir fulgt bort til en annen bygning hvor rommet ligger. Hyggelig personale som forklarte og anbefalte ting å gjøre og plasser å spise. Fint rom, noe utsikt. Noe slitt spesielt på bad. Nærhet til det meste. Frokosten var veldig enkel, men hadde brød, ost/skinke, yoghurt, kaffe, te... Alt i alt fornøyd med opphold og service!

Let me start by saying I'd give the Authentic Luxury Hotel 6 stars if I could! First thing I noticed is when I would ask questions, I'd get a quick response via Expedia. And the staff would ask questions, i.e., do you need transportation from/to the airport? As soon as we landed in Split, our driver was there with a sign to alert us who we were looking for. He was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed to Split. We arrived a bit early and were greeted by Ivana (who was fabulous). She told us we could leave our luggage in the reception area (a small office where breakfast is also served) and that they would put them in our room for us when the rooms are ready. Since Americans are used to a "hotel" where it may be multiple floors in one building, it is different in Croatia. The actual hotel has 2 different buildings - 2 of the rooms were just a few steps away in the same building as the office. It was extremely warm & humid so the air conditioning was a welcome! Breakfast consisted of cheeses, meats, croissants, bread, pastries, boiled egg, coffee and juice which was a perfect start to the day. Since we were boarding a ship the next day, we needed help getting our luggage to the boat and we were assisted by Mario (hope I have your name right!). To walk to your boat with luggage is not unusual and we appreciated his help! When returning from our cruise (which was also fabulous) we stayed again especially since it was so wonderful the first time.

Really disappointed. While our room was nice, the entire building was being remodeled around us, I would not be so bothered by this fact if they had told us before we arrived. At one point when leaving the building I had to yell for them to stop so we could walk out the front door because debris was falling from the scaffolding that was all around the building. Really NOT fair ☹️

The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevators. The stairs are steep and dangerous. My daughter fell on the stairs they were very slippery. Breakfast was good.

Visite de Split, hôtel difficile à trouver sans GPS, mais très bien situé. Difficulté de se garer, néanmoins l'hôtel propose un parking à 20 €/jour.

Great location and friendly hosts
A very central location just a few minutes walk from the ferries and the Palace so very convenient for day and evening activities on foot. The room was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is buffet style and enough to keep going until lunch. We had a small table and chairs for an outside space which was welcome.

The best staff makes the best place to be.
The place is in an excellent location right in the city center and a short walk from the important places. The atmosphere in the location is amazing. And the most important thing is the staff of the place that provides service at the highest and most family level. The attitude of the employees adds the most to the place.

The reception area is about 2 blocks from the actual rooms. You have to take your luggage two blocks and then walk up 3 flights of stairs. Staff was very nice and the room was nice. However, The walk up those stairs was not worth it.

Dear Veronica,. Thanks for your review. Yes, the Deluxe rooms are located at the annex which is 130m away from the main house and the rooms are located on the 2nd floor without an elevator as the building is UNESCO protected. Everything is stated on expedia - sorry if you overlooked it. Our staff is there to help with luggage but you left early and we were expecting you at Breakfast to arrange your check-out. We hope to welcome you again, maybe in one of our rooms at the main house. All the best from Split

Mario and his team were brilliant and could not do more to help. He organised the airport transfers there and back and was so much help before we even traveled. The rooms were super, breakfast was excellent and it was located in such a convenient part of Split. Close to the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and ferry. There was even a super restaurant next door and a bar across the road. They took the time to show us where everything was both in the apartment and in Split itself, he even told us what time to set off for the ferry to Hvar and where it was! lol I would give the whole experience 6 stars if I could!!

Das Apartment ist ideal zwischen der Altstadt und dem Sandstrand Bacvice gelegen. Man ist recht schnell im Zentrum, hat aber am Abend keinen Lärm. Ivana, Ana und Mario waren sehr hilfreich mit Tipps und organisieren von einem Tagesausflug und Massagetermin.

Perfect!
My husband & I enjoyed our stay at Authentic Luxury Rooms. The room was beautiful & clean. Hotel staff (Ivanna, Mario and Maria) were so helpful and honestly, just the most thoughtful and kind people. Also, the hotel was within easy walking distance to the ferry and Old Town.

Excellent stay
Dear fellow globe-trotters, I would like to commend the Authentic Palace Spa in Split due to several reasons. Firstly, the place is always clean and neat. I stayed there for a week and everyday my room is perfectly clean. Moreover, staff(Mario and Maria) are very friendly and helpful. Ask any questions and they are willing to answer any queries you have. Lastly, the place itself is convenient because its near in bus station, restaurants, market, and tourist spots. Great Job!!!!.
