The living area is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen equipment all worked fine and there was an adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, and tools. "There were no staff at all. Very basic and noisy from the room next to us. Needs updating. Also website still has that it is a restaurant and bar downstairs and it's not. For £5 more we could have gone to the premier inn 2 doors down. Won't be staying again."

"Great stay at the Roxburgh. I had a room with a lovely sea view. The room had everything I needed, including a large shower and fresh milk in the fridge which was a bonus. The bed was a little soft for my liking but I slept well with the sound of waves and no other noise. The breakfast choice was good with friendly service. Plenty of parking was available."

"Room was as expected, good size, bunk for teenager and enough room for the dog bed and dog to wonder round in. Room was reasonably clean, linen fresh and clean. Wifi struggled a little for 24hrs. Breakfast was plentiful, staff were lovely, nice touch in the room for the dog (treats). Would stay again."
