「We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares. 」

「Arrived around Midnight. Welcomed by a very kind and service oriented receptionist. Considering the cost, the room was extremely nice and clean with a large balcony. Breakfast (included) was well assorted and og in good wuality and well tasting. Surroundings/tables/attention to covid risk reduction absolutely fine. Only reason for not not giving top marks is that noise from cleaning of the stairway and from other guests woke me up 6 am」

「駅からメイン通り一本で徒歩圏。新市街や海岸に近く、便利なロケーション。歴史ある邸宅を改装された建物はおしゃれで清潔。スタッフもにこやかに対応してくださり、とても心地よく滞在できました。朝食はどれも美味しかったです。ディナーでレストランを利用しましたが、創作イタリアンは目でも舌でも楽しめました。夏のテラス席は気持ちよくレストランスタッフの対応も素晴らしくぜひまた利用したいです。」

「Lucia is such a caretaker, making breakfast and making sure we always had water and helping us with taxis when needed and overall just making our stay very easy and pleasant. Her palazzo is beautiful and made our stay feel very authentic.」

「Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick...
