「This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water.
Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close.

「Cabin was clean and had many supplies. Be aware that the bathroom is not in the cabin but just a few steps away and is a private bath, did not impact our stay. Seems like it would be a good place to stay in warmer months when you could use the lake amenities. We chose the property because of its proximity to Stone House Vineyard, we were attending an event there and wanted to stay close by.」

「Unfortunately this was a quick trip for my mother and myself. Property is fabulous and very close to all things Hill Country. Matt was very responsive and our tiny home was wonderful. Clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vaca. WiFi a little slow, but this is a place to come and escape from electronics.」
