"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. "The property is beautiful with nice views over the Maddalena and the coast. Staff was extremely nice throughout our stay, including restaurant staff. The room was very nice and spacious and we enjoyed our pool. One thing that can be improved are the amenity kits provided in the bathrooms - we only had shower caps.
