First of all. When we go there, the lady said room was not available and she was going to give to give me my money back. She specifically said not to cancel. ( now I know she did not want it to reflect on her) I am still waiting on my money. ( I am back home). The place was nothing like it was advertised 😢😢😢

It has a great view and is quiet. It is up a steep hill so you would want to have a car.

Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved staying at Grand View Guesthouse, big space and comfortable furnishing, the view of course is unbeatable - we enjoyed breakfast and late night relaxation on the balcony overlooking Speyside bay. If you rent a vehicle for your trip, this option is a must for staying in Speyside/Charlottesville

Calling ahead is appreciated. We forgot to and arrived around 9pm. Even then, someone showed up with keys and made our stay quite easy. We'd recommend it to anyone. Also, the views of the bay are stunning.

What a view!

Fantastic appartment. Ann and Max were very friendly and helpful, responding very quickly to a query regarding our hot water (turns out it was our error)! Great views, you will need a car for this location, it's also very a quiet area. Would recommend. We stayed for two nights and went to the beach at Charlotteville - just 10 minutes away by car.

Superbe terrasse sur la mer et Speyside

Nous avons passé presque 2 semaines dans l'appartement du haut. Les points forts: la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et Speyside, l'environnement très local et sympathique, le calme, l'appartement très spacieux et disposant d'un certain confort, la climatisation, la propreté, le Wi-Fi fonctionnant parfaitement, et l'attention à l'égard des clients. Les points faibles: l'arrivée un peu difficile, personne sur place et difficulté à prévenir, le contact étant un téléphone et tous les téléphones ne sont pas forcément compatibles avec les réseaux de Tobago, ce qui m'est arrivé ! Il serait utile qu'un mail figure dans la réservation pour prévenir à l'avance de l'heure approximative d'arrivée. Second point qui peut poser problème, il y a 2 et 4 lits, mais 1seule Sdb incluse dans 1des chambres et avec une séparation partielle. Il est à préciser également qu'il vaut mieux avoir une voiture. Tout ceci précisé, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet endroit.
