Spacious Family Retreat with Pasture Views – Close to Everything Country

Welcome to a unique little piece of country living right in the city! Located in Spanish Fork on the border of Mapleton, our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath basement suite sits in one of the few remaining areas in town surrounded by open pasture. You may even see our chickens and mules during your stay, giving the property a fun, peaceful country feel while still being minutes from everything.

The suite features a king bed, queen bed, and triple bunk bed, making it especially comfortable for families and groups. One bathroom features a shower, while the second has a shower and bathtub. The space also has heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

There’s plenty of room to relax and have fun, including an open theater area for movie nights, a ping-pong table, comfortable living spaces, and a trampoline outside for the kids.

The location is especially convenient for families. We’re situated between Sierra Bonita Elementary and Maple Mountain High School and close to Sierra Bonita Park and Electric Park, with nearby walking and biking paths. Shopping, restaurants, and other Spanish Fork and Mapleton amenities are just a short drive away.

It’s a unique combination that’s getting harder to find—open pastures, animals, and peaceful surroundings right in the city.
