This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Spa is perfect for 4 guests seeking comfort and convenience. Located just steps from the town square, Thermes de Spa, and the famous casino, it offers a prime base for exploring the city. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within 100 m, and Spa-La Sauvenière Airport is just 4 km away. The apartment features a bright living room with digital TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso machine. Bedrooms include two double beds (one with a children's bed), and the bathroom has a bubble bath and washbasin. A separate toilet, stereo unit, and heating add to the comfort. Enjoy the outdoors on the roof terrace with garden furniture, plancha grill, and even an outdoor shower. The owners live two floors below and are happy to assist during your stay. Was für ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Schaumbad war eine herrliche Möglichkeit, nach einem Tag im Spa zu entspannen. Und die Espressomaschine in der Küche war eine tolle Idee für meinen morgendlichen Kaffee.

Prachtig ingericht appartement, mooie locatie aan de hoofdstraat in Spa. Winkels, bar en restaurants op loopafstand, appartement netjes en schoon. Enige wat jammer was dat de jacuzzi bad niet functioneert deze was defect (aan/uit knop) stuk, maar dat heeft verder geen invloed gehad op het verblijf. Bedden waren zeer goed te noemen, keuken van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alles Notwendige war vor Ort vorhanden. Die ideale Lage sorgt dafür, dass ein Aufenthalt ohne Auto sicherlich kein Problem ist. (Für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto anreisen, gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in 100 m Entfernung). Einige negative Punkte: Auf der Website wurde ein Grill erwähnt, der leider nirgendwo zu finden war. Die Vorhänge, die im Zimmer hängen, sind sehr durchscheinend, so dass relativ früh Licht im Zimmer war (7:30-8:00). Ansonsten wenig Grund zur Klage, super luxuriös und modern.

Perfekter Empfang. Alles verlief wie vereinbart. Erklärung, wo wir kostenlos parken können und Führung durch die Einrichtungen des schönen Lofts. Alles super sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Könnte genau dort leben! Schöne Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen. Bar im Inneren mit Hockern für Aperitif und gemütlicher Frühstücksecke, die ein wenig hervorsteht, so dass Sie einen schönen Blick auf die Straße und die Bäume haben, ideal, um ein Buch oder etwas anderes einzuholen oder einfach nur zu lesen. Es gibt 3 Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und 1 in jedem Schlafzimmer mit einer großen Auswahl an Gegenständen. Es gibt viele Terrassen und Reste zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch einige Geschäfte und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das leckerste aller Zeiten (gegrilltes Plateau Fruit de Mer) im L'Art de Vivre, direkt gegenüber. Auch lecker in italienischen Resten von l'Olivier. Überall, wo sie unglaublich herzlich empfangen und freundlich bedient werden, können sie in Antwerpen etwas von uns lernen. Endlich: am Sonntag gemütliche Brokanterie unter einer sehr alten überdachten Galerie. Das Auto wurde für ein langes Wochenende nicht benötigt und wir langweilten uns keinen Moment. Wir sind wiedergeboren nach Hause zurückgekehrt !!!!! Oben!!!!
