wnada South Pearl

The studio confirmed in my booking which had to be in Menada Kavaci (Complex Green Life) unexpectedly was changed by phone with a studio situated in Menada South Pearl. ...very different from the confirmation, it was absolutely not worth even the half of the high price paid! Small sudio, old, shabby furniture ,low level of hygiene ,not clean at all, rests of uncleaned dead mosquitos or other insects were left on floor and furniture . Bed sheets and towels grayish and old. Although by phone I asked the studio to be prepared for 2 people, there was a pillow-case messing... Absolutely cannot recommend it! Needs to be reconstructed and refurnished!

Overpriced and not worth it

+The location and infrastructure is good, it has several pools and restaurants. -The appartement we booked (sea view) was not available, so we were placed in a basement room. It seems that this is common practice (flagship appartement when booking and then being placed wherever available). The room was kind of dirty (stains on the wall, on the drapes, mold in the bathroom), the furniture is old and cheap, f.e. toilet seat was broken, mattress old and uncomfortable, bedsheets that are not wide enough for the mattress. No service like cleaning (during the 4 nights), no toiletries.. Parking: available at about 5 min walking from room, but overcrowded and might not have a free spot. Value for money: overpriced and not worth it. Silver lining: when I complained to the company I booked with, I was offered 20% refund. When I initially requested it with the person who manages the property, she refused.
