"Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. On the phone we were told to come to the location, and they cancelled our reservation a few minutes before we got there and told us that they cancelled it because it was 'high season' and they wanted to be able to get more money. So we were left high and dry in a new city with nowhere to stay thanks to the owner."
