Pulizia abbastanza scarsa, basti pensare che nella doccia c era della terra. Si parlava di due piscine una delle quali con panorama ma a parte due vasche senza una doccia, un bar o personale addetto non c era nulla.

Die Qualtität des Service-Personals entspricht nicht der Qualität des Empfangs oder der Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten. Das Morgenessen bestand aus lauter Süssigkeiten, kein Brot; zwar Flöckli aber keine Milch. Die Bestellung eines 5 Minuten Eies dauerte über 20 Minuten, bis wir davonliefen..

Amazing Hotel in a horrible horrible town

First off let me say that this is an very good hotel. A lovely old building that is tastefully renovated in an old Italian style. The surrounding gardens and pool are also lovely. HOWEVER it is located in a town called Soverato which is a somewhat deserted (in mid Sept) little dirty place that consists of about 80 tower blocks that look like they were put up in a hurry 20 years ago. There were virtually no restaurants open and the ones that were seemed sorry to have the business. The beaches in the area were dirty and covered in trash and cigarette butts. We were meant to be staying 4 nights but cut our stay short to 2. We lost the money on the 2 days and ended up going to a place called Tropea instead. I won't be back to Soverato and I doubt I'll ever go to Calabria again either. Rethink and go to Tuscany or Como instead.

Villa in Top-Lage

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Ersilia verbracht. Das Hotel ist das schönste in dieser Gegend, liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick zum Meer, hat große Zimmer, einen großen Pool und das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Soverato selbst bietet nicht so viel, jedoch hat man von diesem Hotel einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um wunderschöne, alte Orte in der Umgebung zu erkunden und verschiedenste Strände zu entdecken. Einziger Nachteil ist das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, das nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel entspricht; nicht mal Schinken und Käse und Brot werden standardmäßig angeboten; nur Süßes. Erst auf unser Ersuchen hin, konnten wir ab dem 2. Tag davon etwas bekommen. Also, wenn man kein großer Frühstücker ist, ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall perfekt und ich würde es trotzdem wieder auswählen.
