「I arrived to my room to only be told that there was no room available but I had booked it in advance. The room they placed me initially was not ready and I was placed in a different hotel room that had no trash cans, sink drained extremely slow, no shower curtain, roaches and the shower knob. flew off when I tried showering. The towels I was given was dirty, sheets where stained and the door frame was damaged to the point I was not comfortable in the room. Overall the stay was not a good...
