"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Staff was great. Room was cozy and clean. Inside the hotel had a beautiful mountain feel. Bed was very comfortable. The attached restaurant was delicious. Area felt safe. This will be our new go-to Flagstaff hotel!"

"The hotel needs to lay off the air freshner they use. It's very strong and we had to sleep with the window open, which was nothing due to the safety hinge. It's very strong in the hallways also. The beds are very high."
