Great workout and pool facilities that is near the airport.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms well appointed and the food excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay again. The shuttle was the only confusing thing. We ended up taking a cab to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is on a quiet street and walkable to all major attractions. There is a parking garage a block away so parking is convenient. The size of the standard twin room is good for two people with not so many luggage. Front desk staff was helpful, restaurant serves decent food. During our stay there are street sidewalk pavement constructions near the hotel but no big deal. Stayed three nights, had a very nice time in Alcala De Henares. No complaints. We spent two nights at the hotel while attending a wedding. It is located in the historic center of the village, within walking distance of the main square and all the restaurants. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We decided to add breakfast for €10 per person and were glad we did. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would happily return.

Staff, rooms, hotel , shuttle to amd back airport

Great stay! Close to decent restaurants, museums, and important destinations. We arrived early before official check-in time and they promptly gave us a room…a huge relief for weary travelers. Service was top-notch.

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...

Clean rooms and friendly staff

We had a short stay here, however it was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Nice

The Wellington Hotel is very well located and it is truly a 5 star hotel. The service is impeccable, with great amenities, nightly turndown service, and an excellent executive lounge. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The restaurants in he hotel are great, including a michelin starred restaurant.

Everything was wonderfully orchestrated until my last my check out, I shall return this HOTEL, CHARMING community, it’s like a fireworks display 24/7🔥no other places like Spain🔥

Located in the Gran Vía. Hotel has great restaurants and a great bar.

Ideal location for hopping on/off Metro. *Airport easy access - #8 train to #10 - one stop and short walk to hotel (r/t - 9€). Close to bakeries, wine bars, local grocery store (great wine prices). Room was modern, beds dreamy and desk w comfort chair to work. Service: Friendly & helpful. 6:00AM the restaurant not yet open and my Krupp maker did not work - so desk manager delivered my "perfect coffee" pronto & with a smile! Would definitely stay here again - one night not enough.

I love everything under hotel the only thing it was a little inconvenience you with the distance from the center otherwise everything is perfect
