"Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Aufgrund einer Vollsperrung auf der Autobahn waren wir erst kurz vor 20 Uhr im Hotel und da war der Spa- und Wellnessbereich gerade schon geschlossen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt mit Spielplatz und Teichanlage, leider gar nicht beleuchtet und daher war es ab 21:30 Uhr stockdunkel. Das Zimmer war ok aber keine 4 Sterne wert. Balkontür und Fenster hatten Insektenschutz, Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer hatten keinen...

"Boutique Hotel Gaia is a lovely heritage building restoration done with great care! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The town Kecskemet is a great discovery and very close to the Bugac Puszta horse show about 25 minutes drive from there. The show is amazing. Overall we loved this trip and plan to go back there when we can. "

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, especially with ordering taxis. "Apartment was in great condition, had perfect stay meanwhile on dental holiday. The service in main bar was disappointing every night even we only had drinks. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for the apartment. They blamed it on expedia, although I refused to pay. Needed to leave for dentist for appointment, but even since no one got back to me. Need in better service and clearer managing of booking. Apartment although recommended. "
