「La ubicación de las cabañas es perfecta a orilla del lago con vista al volcán, estuvimos en las cabañas Elite, disfrutamos la piscina, hot Tub y la cafetería. Muy buen servicio, nos vamos felices, buen descanso en un lugar hermoso 」

Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. 」
