「Wow. Emily at the front desk was excellent. Sweet voice and bubbly personality. She said 3 times if there was anything I needed she was there till 11. Room was clean. Bed a little hard for me. Shower was just right. 」

「Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block.」
