「Our reservation was for a rooftop duplex room with a view. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were unfortunately accommodated in a different room in a different building. We were very tired and accepted it without complaining. So, we didn't really care about the view.room clean . 」

「We got a room with a single queen sized bed for the wife and I. Room looked like it was just recently built. Modern looking and functional. Plenty of places for your things. It appeared that most rooms had a balcony. Ours had a table with 2 chairs. It was a nice area to decompress after a busy day. We could see the sea from our balcony. 「We loved staying at Amalia’s house. Everything was spotless and cozy, and very peaceful and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and it’s very easy to access the main areas of Gjirokastra with a quick walk up the hill. We’d love to come stay here again!」

「The rooms were clean, good breakfast. The housekeeping service staff need some training, perhaps with written instructions as a list of things to do. It was a bit of a hit and miss service. Good location about 15 min easy walk to the port. The Albanian people were very nice. It is a family run hotel and the season is a bit early so few improvements going on. Overall excellent place to stay in Saranda.」

「The accommodation was pleasant, with a balcony and AC. It was a bit small, but that wasn't really an issue. Overall, it was clean, even the bathroom! However, there were a few hairs in some spots and a little dust in one corner, but nothing significant. However, the address listed on this app (Hotels.com) wasn’t entirely accurate, as it suggested the place was right in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle. In reality, the accommodation is about an 8-minute uphill walk from the city center....
