「The location of the hotel is perfect and close to Berat castle. The hotel is beautiful with authentic Albanian architectural style preserved in the smallest details. The staff is very polite, friendly and professional. The breakfast was great and there are multiple restaurants and dining options nearby the hotel. Excellent service and staff and amazing traditional property. We highly recommend this hotel.」

「Bonjour, votre hotel est tres propre, beau et bien situé. Nous avions une chambre familiale, les deux lits, des enfants n'étaient pas modernes par rapport au lit adulte. Je deplore aussi que nous n'avions pas de boulloire dans les chambres, comme nous avions pu voir dans les photos lors de la réservation. Merci.」
